Stockholm has voted There has been particular interest in the elections this year, and Friday brought all of Stockholm’s residents out to vote. - University Chancellor Trygger and spouse on their way to the voting point at the artillery barracks. - Admiral Lindman’s 102-year-old mother was also among the voters. 2. The Steninge estate near Märsta is well know for its beautiful parks and gardens. - The estate also has a well-managed garden centre. 3. Lovely ladies from Stockholm and Uppsala have fought valiantly in handball. The team from the capital won a well-deserved victory. 4. Sensation Danish Derby winner Carlsminde failed to live up to expectations in the Swedish St. Leger at Ulriksdal, where he was banished to third place. - The favourite, Carlsminde – before the race. - Carlsminde’s owner, Director Jürgensen. 5. Schools youths have occupied Stadion, so A.I.K. and Örgryte had to kick for points in the Allsvenska league at Råsunda stadium instead. - Rydell, Sweden, was happy with the result.
